NSA Blocked China Election Interference Reports From Reaching Trump
Newly declassified National Security Agency emails show leadership decisions blocked reports of Chinese influence in U.S. elections from reaching President Trump. The four pages of emails, dated March 13, 2020, were released by the White House Government Transparency Task Force. An NSA analyst wrote that the deputy director blocked the release of the reports over concerns about the political climate and the agencyâs credibility. Analysts had proposed releasing the information in 2018 and continued efforts for 16 months. The deputy director cited worries that disclosure could be viewed as political given the delay and potential damage to the NSAâs reputation. Task force officials are reviewing additional files related to why the intelligence was not shared with the president or Congress.

Longtime Cornyn Aide Joins Democrat James Talaricoâs Senate Campaign
A former aide to Republican Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX) has joined the campaign of Democrat Senate nominee James Talarico in Texas. Jacob Smith, who spent five years as Cornynâs deputy legislative director and policy adviser, will serve as Talaricoâs deputy policy director. Smith said he has worked for Republicans throughout his career but is proud to join Talarico this year. He described Talarico as focused on everyday Texansâ needs rather than partisan politics and criticized Republican nominee Ken Paxton as unfit for office. Smith previously worked for Republican Rep. Frank Lucas (R-OK) and Sen. Roger Wicker (-MS). The hire comes after Paxton defeated Cornyn in the Republican primary runoff.
Editorâs Note: This example just shows how infiltrated the Republican Party is with Leftists at the staffer level. Staffers just rotate from one elected official to another. Their ideology stays the same, whoever they work for. They are an integral part of The American Fifth Column.
Federal Judge Blocks Patel Bid To Move FBI Headquarters To Reagan Building
A federal judge blocked FBI Director Kash Patelâs plan to relocate the bureauâs headquarters to the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington. Judge Theodore Chuang, an Obama appointee, ruled that the FBI and the General Services Administration violated Congress-enacted laws governing site selection. The order restores the prior plan to build in Greenbelt, Maryland. Maryland and Prince Georgeâs County had sued after the administration reversed the earlier Greenbelt selection. The judge held that the Reagan Building choice was not in accordance with the law and exceeded statutory authority. He vacated the decision and barred further action without explicit congressional approval. Maryland Attorney General Anthony Brown praised the ruling for protecting congressional intent on the project.
Editorâs Note: So, just like Congress to spend $323M without even attempting to be frugal with taxpayer dollars, a perfectly good location in the Reagan Building has to be excluded because why?
Pentagon Orders 30 Universities, Including Harvard And NYU To Audit Foreign Ties
The Department of War ordered 30 American universities to audit their financial and research collaborations with foreign entities or risk losing federal research funding. The institutions must review ties to entities in China, Russia, and Iran identified under Section 1286 of the Fiscal Year 2019 National Defense Authorization Act and assess any exposure of sensitive or export-controlled research. They are required to implement mitigation plans and, if necessary, terminate problematic partnerships. Findings must be reported by August 31. Under Secretary Emil Michael stated the department has zero tolerance for academic partnerships that compromise national security. The list includes Harvard University, New York University, MIT, Georgetown, Duke, and several University of California campuses.
Talarico Voted Against Bills Targeting CCP Influence In Texas
Texas Senate candidate James Talarico voted against several 2025 bills in the Texas House aimed at limiting Chinese Communist Party influence. The measures included SB 17, which restricted certain foreign nationals and governments from purchasing farmland and commercial property in the state. Talarico also opposed SB 667, which barred state entities from investing in companies controlled by the Chinese government, and HB 128, which prohibited municipalities from establishing sister-city relationships with foreign adversaries, including China. All three bills became law. Talarico initially voted yes on the sister-city bill before correcting the record to no. Chinese entities have purchased substantial amounts of farmland in Texas, including land near military installations.

Abdul El-Sayedâs Mother Worked For Designated Terror-Supporting Group
Michigan Democrat Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayedâs birth mother, Fatten Fathy Elkomy, worked for the Islamic American Relief Agency from 1999 through at least 2004. The U.S. Treasury Department designated the organization and five senior officials in 2004 as supporters of terrorism, including Osama bin Laden, al-Qaeda, Hamas, and the Taliban. Federal court exhibits from a later criminal case referenced Elkomy 14 times in connection with eight wire transfers and five recorded calls between 1999 and 2002. One exhibit involved a transfer request for more than $24,000 to the groupâs Iraq office. Elkomy was never charged with a crime. The IARA-USA later pleaded guilty to conspiring to violate sanctions by sending nearly $1.4 million to Iraq. El-Sayed has rarely discussed his birth mother during the campaign.
Pollster Behind Karen Bass 12-Point Lead Admits Poll Was Fake And Shuts Down
A polling firm that released a survey showing Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass leading challenger Nithya Raman by nearly 12 points admitted the poll was fabricated. Median Strategies described the survey as a short-term social experiment to examine how unverified polling information spreads. The firm announced it has concluded operations and withdrawn all previously published polling releases. Bass had publicly touted the results on social media before the admission. The same firm previously released a poll showing a large lead for Francesca Hong, the Democratic Socialist, in Wisconsinâs Democrat gubernatorial primary, which also proved inaccurate. The company stated it is not seeking publicity and declined interviews.
Editorâs Note: This constitutes a blatant manipulation of the voting population in Los Angeles and Wisconsin. The perpetrators of this âexperimentâ should be held legally liable for interfering with the elections.
Disneyâs ABC Sues FCC Over Early License Review
Disneyâs ABC sued the Federal Communications Commission in Washington federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction against the agencyâs early review of eight broadcast licenses. The lawsuit alleges the Trump administration has conducted a retaliatory campaign against ABC because it disapproves of the networkâs programming and reporting. FCC Chair Brendan Carr ordered the early renewals in April amid a probe into Disneyâs DEI practices and tensions over ABC shows including Jimmy Kimmel Live and The View. An FCC spokesperson stated that all broadcasters must operate in the public interest and that the agency has examined claims of illegal DEI discrimination for over a year. ABC argued that the timing reveals an effort to coerce the network and that the early review poses an existential threat.

Elmi received the Outstanding Refugee Award for Entrepreneurship from the Minnesota Department of Human Services in 2021. He made his initial court appearance this week.
Cuban Foreign Agent Running For Congress Claims Conflicting Residencies
A registered foreign agent for Cuba running for Congress in Rhode Island has listed conflicting residences in official filings. Victor Mellor reported an Englewood, Florida, address as his residence in a June Department of Justice foreign agent registration while listing a Warwick, Rhode Island, address as his business address. A July marriage license listed the Warwick address as his residence. Property records show a different couple owning the Warwick property, while Mellor and his partner own the Florida parcel. Mellorâs campaign attributed the Florida address to a clerical error and said he resides in Warwick. FEC filings show additional addresses in other states. Mellor has registered to work with Cuban officials on media projects aimed at improving relations.

Reports indicate more sophisticated operations and possible coordination involving advanced equipment.
United Arab Emirates Reports Two Iranian Missiles Fired At Territory
The United Arab Emirates Defense Ministry said it detected two ballistic missiles launched from Iranian territory toward the country. Both missiles fell into the ocean, with one landing inside UAE territorial waters. The ministry stated it remains on high alert and is prepared to respond to any threats. An earlier alert warned civilians that any sounds they heard could be the result of air defense interceptions. Iran has not claimed responsibility. The incident marks the first reported direct Iranian missile activity against the UAE in more than a month amid ongoing regional tensions.
Belgian Wildfire Approaches Germany As Peat Blaze Threatens To Burn For Months
A major wildfire in Belgiumâs High Fens nature reserve has burned about 11 square miles and approached within roughly 1,000 feet of the German border. Officials warned the peat-based fire could continue flaring for weeks or months because it burns underground without oxygen. About 500 responders, including firefighters, soldiers, and farmers, have been battling the blaze, which began Aug. 14 near Baelen. Rain and cooler temperatures provided some relief, but the fire is not fully under control. German authorities evacuated a small number of residents in Monschau as a precaution. Belgium activated the EU civil protection mechanism for aerial support. King Philippe visited the crisis center to support the crews.
