Before we get into this morning’s segment on The Captain's America: Third Watch with Matt Bruce – in which we talk about the unholy connection between Vice President Kamala Harris and Artificial Intelligence, among other things, I wanted to point you to the featured article over at UndergroundUSA.com titled, The Separation of Powers Is a Thing.
This subject of this article address is something that we touched on in the segment today in that the Democrats in the US Senate are executing a gigantic encroachment on the Separation of Powers in their hearings on imposing ethics onto the United States Supreme Court.
Each of the three branches of our federal government is co-equal, which means no one branch lords over the other. There are checks and balances but there is no subservience by any branch to another.
So, the Senate, the House – the Legislative Branch – cannot tell the Judicial Branch what to do or how to run their branch. The same can be said for the Executive Branch.
Each of the three branches has a specific task and authority. The Executive Branch executes government. The Legislative Branch legislates laws that the Executive Branch has to execute (which brings up a completely different issue here in the fact that the Executive Branch is creating laws via regulation but I'm not going to get into that right now). And the Judicial Branch decides all matters of constitutionality regarding the laws the Legislature has passed and the Executive Branch has signed into law.
So, for the Legislative Branch to believe that they can tell the Judicial Branch that they have to do things or they're going to hold back money? That in and of itself is unconstitutional.
This is basically a power grab and that's what the article The Separation of Powers Is a Thing is all about. Please check it out. It's very important.
Then, this morning’s segment on The Captain's America: Third Watch with Matt Bruce …
