In this segment, I talk with Ashley Hayek, a founding member and Executive Vice President of the America First Policy Institute, where she oversees State Policy, Chapters, Research, and Public Affairs. She also serves as President of America First Works, AFPI's policy advocacy and grassroots arm.
Prior to joining AFPI and AFW, she served as National Coalitions Director for President Donald J. Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign, leading one of the largest coalition outreach efforts in modern political history. In 2024, Ashley built a presidential-level ground game that changed the playbook for winning campaigns, achieving a 70% turnout among low-and mid-propensity voters.
She is the author of two books, Beat the Elites: 5 Steps to Stop the Elites and Save America and Beat the Cheats: How We Can Fight Those Who Are Fighting Our President.
She is a proud military wife to a United States Marine, the mother of five, and is committed to raising the next generation of American patriots.

When you are talking to people who are on the fence, put it to them this way, because it’s true: Elections are not about voting for the best candidate, the candidate that promises you the moon and the stars and then shoves the tax bill up your ass when April 15th comes around. Elections are about keeping the worse candidates from the seats of power. No single politician is the remedy for the Marxism that has crept into American culture. We must elect a full complement of people who are faithful to the Constitution and to their constituents rather than to their political party.
