Democrats Sue Trump Administration Over Efforts to Identify Noncitizens on State Voter Rolls
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) sued President Trump and officials Tuesday in federal court in Washington over efforts to identify noncitizens on state voter rolls. The complaint calls the lists “shoddily compiled” ones that “crumbled upon the barest inspection.” In Nevada, nearly 16,000 flagged noncitizens fell to 185, all appearing citizens to state officials. The suit seeks to stop the pressure, including California demands involving over 20,000 suspected noncitizens. “None of this is lawful,” the complaint states. The Justice Department said election integrity is a top priority. Chief Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee, received the case.
Editor’s Note: Boasberg is an activist judge whose part performance warrants his removal from the bench. He will rule in favor of the lawsuit, and this will go to SCOTUS.

Federal Judge Restricts DHS Field Operations on Unlawful Voters in Nine States
A federal judge in Oakland on Wednesday barred the Department of Homeland Security from elections-related field operations and interviews in nine states that could involve U.S. citizens. U.S. District Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguín, a Joe Biden appointee, found that the Unlawful Voter Initiative relies on flawed, incomplete data that sweeps in citizens and intimidates groups such as the California Nurses Association from helping voters. The order covers California, Connecticut, Georgia, Missouri, Nevada, New York, Pennsylvania, Washington, and Wisconsin until polls close on Nov. 3, and the court stayed it until 5 p.m. Friday. Martinez-Olguín wrote that limiting the surge does not prevent lawful investigations into voter fraud.
Editor’s Note: Without proactive protection of our elections, punishment for willful fraud and corruption becomes nothing more than an afterthought for a rigged election.
Major US Banks Detect Unauthorized AI Agents in Customer Accounts
Major U.S. banks, including JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Wells Fargo, and Citigroup, are detecting unauthorized AI agents in customer accounts. Some agents contacted call centers and appeared to act independently of instructions. Customers often share credentials with AI tools, violating rules that require human logins. Banks struggle to distinguish users from agents. Morgan Stanley has begun blocking third-party agents. JPMorgan, Bank of America and Citigroup are restricting them. A Chase spokesperson cautioned customers against sharing usernames and passwords. Morgan Stanley said it had not identified rogue AI agents on its systems. Banks are preparing contingency plans for incidents.
Los Angeles County Sample Shows Nearly 29 Percent of Flagged Noncitizens Have Voting Records
Los Angeles County elections officials examined a sample of 200 records drawn from a federal list of more than 20,000 likely noncitizens registered to vote in California. Officials reported that 71.2 percent of the sampled records showed no voting history, while 28.8 percent did. The Department of Justice filed suit seeking to bar the state from counting ballots tied to the flagged names until citizenship status is confirmed. First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli said the 20,000 figure is a floor and that one illegal vote cancels an American citizen's ballot. County staff also found many of the sampled registrations were already canceled or inactive.
Senators Raise National Security Alarms Over El-Sayed’s Past Muslim Brotherhood Comments
Michigan Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed faces national security warnings from Republican senators over his 2011 op-ed backing Egyptian protesters tied to the Muslim Brotherhood as he eyes the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. El-Sayed wrote that the Obama administration should fall behind the demonstrators. Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) said a man who cheered the group’s takeover of Egypt “should not come anywhere near the U.S. Senate.” Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) called an El-Sayed win an “unprecedented national security risk” that could kill U.S. service members. A former staffer said El-Sayed wants the committee seat. El-Sayed has denied ties and disavowed the group.

Minnesota Democrat Nominee Campaign Acknowledges False Claims On Academic Record
Minnesota Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan, Democrat nominee for the seat of retiring Sen. Tina Smith (D-MN), claimed in 2016 she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. “I graduated Phi Beta Kappa because I saw myself reflected in my teacher and I saw myself reflected in my curriculum,” she said while advocating teacher diversity. Her campaign acknowledged she was never a member. She was nominated but could not afford the fees. The 2002 University of Minnesota program does not list her among honors students. The threshold is a 3.65 GPA. Her state biography implies a double major in American Indian studies and child psychology. The campaign said she majored in child psychology and minored in American Indian studies. She faces Republican Michele Tafoya in a competitive race.
Mystery Mailers Addressed to Texas Students Arrive as Advocacy Group Disavows Them
Brochures mailed to Texas homes under the name Texas Transgender Student Union are addressed to the students in each household and advise minors on what to do if parents do not support their gender identity. No one has publicly claimed responsibility for sending them. The Transgender Education Network of Texas, whose website appears on the brochure, stated the materials “were not authored, authorized, approved, or distributed by TENT and are not affiliated with our organization.” The guide covers finding a safe adult, Texas rules allowing emancipation at 16 or 17, and seeking care out of state. The return address lists a Meadows Place location near a UPS Store. The mailers reached homes as early voting opened.
Federal Authorities Charge Virginia State Sen. L. Louise Lucas With Leading Marijuana Racketeering Scheme
Federal authorities charged Virginia State Sen. L. Louise Lucas (D), 82, the Senate president pro tempore and Finance Committee chairman, with leading a racketeering conspiracy distributing over 100 kilograms of marijuana and laundering $4.5 million over five years. The eight-count indictment unsealed Thursday also charges six others, including her two daughters and grandson. FBI Director Kash Patel said Lucas allegedly used her position to shield the enterprise from scrutiny and influence legislation for personal benefit. Lucas surrendered to authorities. A wiretap captured her saying, “This is our last chance at generational wealth. I’ve got too old to not be greedy.”
Ilhan Omar Responds Not to My Knowledge on Brother Marriage Allegation
US Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) replied “not to my knowledge” when asked if she was related to her ex-husband Ahmed Nur Said Elmi. The Minnesota Democrat labeled claims that she married her brother in 2009 to aid his immigration “insane.” She attributed the rumor to a Somali blog amplified by right-wing conspiracy theorists. Omar and Elmi separated in 2011 and divorced in 2017. Federal agents searched her Washington home on Oct. 12 as part of an immigration fraud investigation. The investigation continues. President Trump said the answer “is not a good answer” and “an answer that a lot of us assume.”
Federal Prosecutors Charge Fall River Women in Alleged Decade-Long Sham Marriage Scheme for Green Cards
Federal prosecutors charged Jennifer Gonzalez, 43, of Fall River, and five other Massachusetts women with arranging sham marriages so illegal immigrants could obtain green cards. Gonzalez allegedly charged $38,000 to $40,000 each and arranged 18 to 20 such marriages a year for about 12 years, netting more than $6 million. She directed couples to stage selfies, open joint accounts, and obtain life insurance. Gonzalez told a cooperating witness, “I’ve been doing this for more than ten years” and “We’re not here for love.” U.S. Attorney Leah Foley said she “got rich off selling the American dream” while buying property in the Dominican Republic. She also allegedly collected over $124,000 in SNAP benefits.

Iran Deploys Artillery and IRGC Troops to Kurdish Border Areas Amid War Fears
Iran has deployed artillery and large numbers of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps troops to Kurdish areas in the northwest near the Iraqi border. The buildup targets opposition groups, including the Kurdistan Free Life Party, amid reports of recent clashes in the Shaho Mountains. The Kurdistan Human Rights Network said IRGC convoys carrying heavy weapons moved into cities including Sanandaj, Kamyaran, Sarvabad, Marivan and Baneh. An informed source reported that “hundreds of IRGC special forces, believed to be members of the entity’s Saberin Unit, have been dispatched” to set up positions around villages on Mount Shaho. These moves come as tensions rise with Israel and the United States over possible further attacks. Iran’s Kurdish population is estimated at 10 to 15 million.

Macron Prohibits Non-Union Protests and Accuses Far-Left Groups of Sedition
French President Emmanuel Macron said Thursday protests would be prohibited unless organized by trade unions and steered away from city centers to protect businesses and public buildings. He urged no demonstrations in the coming days so calm may prevail. Macron accused organized far-left groups of political and seditious acts last Saturday aimed at overthrowing the Republic, calling the acts highly dangerous, extremely violent and carefully planned. Authorities banned all Saturday protests in Lyon. A Paris student march gained last-minute court approval after police banned it. Unions secured permission for a Saturday Paris march from Bastille to Nation that Yellow Vest organizers will join.
Persian Gulf Oil Exports Surpass Prewar Levels Despite Iranian Attacks
Persian Gulf oil exports have surpassed prewar levels as an improvised system under U.S. protection moved tankers through the Strait of Hormuz amid Iran’s fierce attacks. Middle East oil flows, including Hormuz and alternatives, averaged more than 24 million barrels a day in the week through Oct. 18, topping the prewar 23.3 million, according to Kpler. Hormuz flows reached about 14 million barrels daily or 82 percent of prewar levels. Pipelines let 40 percent of non-Iranian crude bypass the strait in September, up from 17 percent before. Brent crude held near $108 a barrel amid about 30 ship attacks this month. “The system for shipping through a dangerous Strait of Hormuz is now well-established,” said Hamad Hussain of Capital Economics.
Saudi Aramco Directs Staff Evacuation of Dhahran Headquarters
Saudi Aramco ordered staff to evacuate its Dhahran headquarters on Thursday and work remotely after an alarm. No reason was given. It is the first such evacuation since the Iran war began. Yemen’s Houthi forces struck the complex earlier this month. Employees said the top three floors of a tower were gone, with fire spreading across several levels. Most staff had shifted to remote work after the attack. “There was an evacuation order issued for these staff; no specific reason was given,” a source said. Attacks Wednesday killed four people at a nearby airport and oilfield. Aramco offered no comment.
Von Der Leyen Urges Stronger EU Borders Against Weaponized Migration Orchestrated By Russia And Belarus
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Wednesday the EU must strengthen external borders to counter weaponized migration. She told lawmakers the Commission would propose a European Emergency Response Framework by year’s end. “We have seen how Russia and Belarus have weaponized migration,” she said. “State and non-state actors are deliberately engineering mass movements of people. The goal is clear: to overwhelm authorities, spread fear, and divide us.” Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland reported rising illegal crossings from the Middle East and Africa, accusing Belarus and Russia of orchestrating them to destabilize NATO’s eastern flank. The countries deny the claims.
Editor’s Note: By Russia and Belarus?! How about Middle Eastern and North African Islamist countries?!!
