The Next Elections Actually Need To Be Referendums
The two political parties, their sycophantic activists, and the mainstream media want you to believe that the upcoming Midterm and General Elections represent a critical choice between two distinctly different visions for our country: one rooted in socialism, the other seated in capitalism. But the truth is much more than that and what hangs in the balance is everything.
Democrats and their messaging machine want you to believe that an all-powerful centrally planned government, run by bureaucratic “experts” and geared toward social justice and equity is the path forward for our nation. They think Americans see a value in dabbling with communism and socialism to affect “equity of outcome” for all.
Republicans, conversely, are more inclined to individualism and contrarian to the Democrats’ heavy-handed social justice, equity wokeism. They continue to believe in American exceptionalism and representative government even if they have unwittingly (or not) found themselves guilty of falling into the centralized planning mechanism that uses regulatory experts to enforce federal authority over powers not delegated to the federal government by the Constitution.
So, the common misunderstanding of the choice facing American voters in the 2022 Midterm Election and then again in the 2024 General Election is one between a continuation on the road toward a hybrid fascist-socialism (Democrat) or a return to government more aligned with the US Constitution and Bill of Rights (Republican).
But it is so much more than that and those clear lines, as explained above, truly do not exist in a simple a manner at that.
Why We Have Stopped Being A Representative Constitutional Republic
The truth of the matter is this. The United States – even though it exists as such on paper – is not a representative constitutional republic and we sure as hell aren’t a democracy. Yes, we have elections to elect our representatives who are then tasked with legislating and executing the laws of the land, but that process ends at the election. The federal government is not currently structured to have fidelity to the Constitution of the Bill of Rights.
With the codification of the 17th Amendment, the United States ceased being the nation our Framers created for us. Gone was the protection of State sovereignty; the protection of state's rights from a power-hungry federal government. While the US House of Representatives was always supposed to be “the peoples’ house” (the chamber of the federal government that directly represented the American people individually), the US Senate was designed to represent the states in the federal government. It was, for this reason, that the two US Senators seated from each state were to be appointed by the state legislatures. The House represented the people, the Senate represented the states, and a symbiotic check-and-balance against despotism at the hands of both the federal government and the national political parties was in place.
Does anyone believe that if state legislatures had the ability to recall their appointed senators Obamacare would have been passed into law? Does anyone believe that any unfunded mandate or grotesque federal government overreach would ever see codification? Would any of the redundant federal-level bureaucratic regulatory agencies (the EPA, the Department of Education, etc.) have ever come into existence? With a state’s senators actually looking out for the best interests of the states I argue none of that would have come to pass.
With the direct election of US Senators, the poison of partisan politics was allowed to bleed over from the US House into the US Senate. With the passage of the 17th Amendment, not only was the protection of state sovereignty eliminated, partisan politics in both chambers facilitated the creation of the Deep State bureaucracy, a bureaucracy that now enforces the will of the federal government through unlegislated regulatory powers.
This new form of government, launched at full-throttle during the fascist Wilson Administration and turbocharged during the reigns of FDR and LBJ, and then under Barack Obama and now Joe Biden, has incrementally – steadily and without wavering – delivered the sovereignty of the United States to the unlegislated purview of the global elite through the assorted world organizations.
How Is The Federal Government Selling Out The American People?
There are many examples of how the inside-the-beltway federally elected class is ceding American sovereignty to the globalists, but a few are glaringly obvious and come to us through the pandemic, the economic downturn, the attack on cryptocurrency, and the junk science of manmade climate change.
In January of 2022, the Biden’s Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) proposed amendments to International Health Regulations as adopted by the unelected globalists at the World Health Organization (WHO).
According to Dr. Robert Malone:
“These amendments give control over the declaration of a public health emergency in any member state to the WHO Director-General – even over the objection of the member state...The proposed IHR amendments also cede control to WHO ‘regional directors,’ who are given the authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern. Moreover, the proposed amendments allow the Director-General to ring an international alarm bell, by unilaterally issuing an “Intermediate Public Health Alert.”
Aside from the fact that the Biden administration doesn’t have the authority to enjoin in such a grotesque ceding of national sovereignty, why would any thinking world leader cede authority over anything to an unelected panel of pseudo-experts who got every single aspect of the COVID pandemic wrong?!
TAKE ACTION: SUBMIT A COMMENT TO HHS
Then there is the Biden administration and the far-Left’s fealty to the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, which would institute global fascism by allowing the world’s financial and corporate elite a seat at the governmental table; a table reserved exclusively in the United States for those elected by the people.
These megalomaniacal power junkies despise independence and individualism to such an extent that they want to make private property a thing of the past. Don’t believe me? Read and view their own propaganda on what you will own by 2030.
Incidentally, the overlords at the World Economic Forum have done everything that can to expunge this video from all informational platforms. Additionally, I’ll give you three guesses what organization originally came up with the line “build back better.” Hint: It wasn’t the Biden campaign or its manipulative messaging gurus.
Another example is the whole of the unelected global financial complex (the Federal Reserve, the World Bank, and the International Monetary Fund, chief among them) – aided by the Biden administration through the never-ending smear campaign executed by US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen and Security & Exchange Commission Chair Gary Gensler, targeting decentralized cryptocurrencies.
As I wrote in my article, The Establishment's Terror About Cryptocurrency And Why They Need To Destroy It:
“According to three ‘analysts’ from the IMF...there is justification for the IMF to assume regulatory control over the crypto sphere because cryptocurrencies’ ‘cross-sector and cross-border financial transactions’ limit the effectiveness of national approaches...
“And the World Bank – joined at the hip with the IMF – is no different. The unelected, non-representative world financial institution heads refused to engage with El Salvador after its adoption of Bitcoin as legal tender saying it couldn’t support the move due to ‘environmental and transparency’ concerns.”
I would go into how the global elite have been trying to co-opt the sovereignty of nations through the recycling of the “12 years until the ice caps melt and Florida is under water” fear-mongering of manmade climate change but if you are still buying into that false narrative none of this will be enough to help you see the light.
In each of these manipulative ventures, the common bottom line is the ceding of nation-state sovereignty – the ceding of American sovereignty – to an unelected global elite who will only get more powerful and wealthier as you and I “own nothing and are happy.”
The True Question Facing The American People
So, while there is a general truth to the choice between Democrat and Republican as it pertains to political parties and national issues, the truth of the matter is that the upcoming elections are ipso facto referendums on whether the United States of America retains its constitutional sovereignty or cedes it to unelected oligarchic globalism.
Sadly – and I use that word in a literal sense, both national parties are guilty of leading us down the path to globalism. Just because Democrats are transparent about their lust for the establishment of an authoritative global government doesn’t excuse the establishment, Deep State Republicans for the complacency they have demonstrated in bringing our nation to this point.
It is for this reason that we must recognize that the total of the federally elected, inside-the-beltway, establishment class – with very few exceptions – has incrementally betrayed the American people. It is for this reason we all must seek out those running for office who have the courage to dismantle the machine and open the door to the states clawing back their sovereign power under the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
It is for this reason the choice is clear.
