The Biden Administration: Dishonesty & Betrayal
The Biden administration, which began in January 2021, has been no stranger to controversy, exposed as having a loose-to-non-existent relationship with honesty and truthfulness. From the earliest days of his presidency, President Joe Biden and the Obama 2.0 apparatus, have inartfully engaged in deception and betrayal, both in terms of policy and personal conduct.
Deception and betrayal have serious implications, impacting the nation both at home and on the world stage. That there is any support to re-elect this gaggle of truth-evading reprobates in November is astonishing, standing as testimony to how far from understanding our national predicament his supporters are.
The Southern Border Crisis
One of the most significant policy deceptions of the Biden administration has been the handling of the crisis at the southern border. During his presidential campaign, Biden, at the prompting of his Leftist handlers, promised to adopt a more compassionate approach to immigration, pledging to undo many of the policies put in place by his predecessor, Donald Trump. On day one, he had those promises realities.
However, since taking office, the Biden administration has faced an unprecedented surge in illegal immigration, with record numbers of unaccompanied minors and families arriving at the southern border. This surge has been exacerbated by the administration's decision to halt construction of the border wall and to adopt a more lenient approach to asylum claims.
Despite the obvious strain on the nation's resources and infrastructure, the Biden administration has consistently downplayed the severity of the crisis, denying that there is a crisis at the border and even going so far as to claim that the situation is "under control."
The Afghanistan Withdrawal
Another major instance of deception by the Biden administration was the disastrous handling of the withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan.
In April 2021, President Biden announced that all US forces would be withdrawn from Afghanistan by September 11 of that year, a decision that was met with widespread criticism and concern.
Despite warnings from military experts and intelligence officials, the administration proceeded with the withdrawal, resulting in a chaotic and disorderly evacuation that left many American citizens and Afghan allies stranded in the country. In the late days of the Saigon-esque abandonment of the freedom-loving Afghan people, thirteen US soldiers were killed, a reality he denied in the first 2024 Presidential Debate.
Additionally, the Biden administration’s failed withdrawal left tens of thousands of Afghan nationals who aided coalition forces to the brutality of the Taliban, and the women of that nation re-subjugated to Islamofascism’s misogynistic savagery.
In the wake of this disaster, the Biden administration attempted to shift the blame for the abstract failure, insisting that the Trump administration bore responsibility for the situation and that the current administration had no other options.
However, this claim is demonstrably false, as the Trump administration had negotiated a peace deal with the Taliban that would have allowed for a more orderly and gradual withdrawal of US forces.
The Deadly COVID Response
The Biden administration's response to the overblown COVID pandemic was also marked by deception and betrayal.
Despite campaigning on a platform of transparency and effective leadership, the Biden administration consistently misled the public about the nature and severity of the pandemic and the effectiveness of various mitigation measures. It even went so far as to have colluded – in a fascistic way – with the mainstream and social media outlets to enact despotic censorship measures.
The administration frequently overhyped the efficacy of COVID vaccines, claiming that they offer near-perfect protection against the virus and that they were the key to ending the pandemic. However, the reality is that the vaccines are significantly less effective than initially advertised, and they do not offer complete immunity against infection or transmission.
In addition, the Biden administration repeatedly and incessantly changed its guidance on mask-wearing and social distancing, creating confusion and frustration among the public. This inconsistency was compounded by the administration's refusal to acknowledge the potential benefits of alternative treatments, such as ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, which have been proven to be effective in treating COVID in many cases.
To date, no one in the Biden administration – from the President on down – has been held accountable for the fascistic decisions made during the “plandemic.” a period in time when the only entities thriving were the in-the-pocket BigPharma corporations that profiteered from the Biden administration’s faulty propaganda.
Hunter Biden's Business Dealings
One of the most high-profile instances of deception by the Biden administration – to make no mention of corruption – has been the ongoing scandal surrounding Hunter Biden's business dealings.
Despite the administration's insistence that President Biden was not involved in his son's business affairs, evidence has emerged that proves otherwise, including emails and text messages indicating a close relationship between the two men.
Moreover, the administration has consistently downplayed the significance of Hunter Biden's business activities, claiming that they are private and that there is no evidence of wrongdoing. However, Hunter Biden's dealings have been the subject of multiple investigations, both in the United States and abroad, and his connections to foreign entities raise serious questions about potential conflicts of interest and influence peddling.
Joe Biden's Cognitive Decline
Another area in which the Biden administration has been accused of deception is the issue of President Biden's cognitive decline. Despite mounting evidence and open displays of severe cognitive decline that illustrate the president is suffering from some form of dementia or other cognitive impairment – and despite recent reports that his personal doctor has met with top Parkinson’s Disease specialists multiple times, the administration has consistently and adamantly denied that there is any cause for concern, insisting that the president is fully capable of carrying out his duties.
However, Biden's mental faculties have been the subject of widespread concern, both among members of the public and within the administration itself. This concern has been fueled by numerous instances of confusion, forgetfulness, verbal gaffes, and the administration's apparent reluctance to subject the president to a thorough cognitive assessment.
Additionally, Biden Claimed That…
February 2021: He had reached a deal with Republicans on a COVID relief package despite the fact that no such deal had been agreed upon
March 2021: No one should have to wait in line for hours to vote despite the fact that his own “voting rights bill,” the For the People Act, would eliminate voter ID requirements and allow for same-day voter registration, both of which would lead to longer wait times at polling places
April 2021: He had inherited a mess from the Trump administration, despite the fact that the US economy was in strong shape and the COVID vaccine rollout was well underway when he took office
April 2021: He would not shut down the country in response to rising COVID cases despite the fact that his administration had previously advocated for a nationwide shutdown and had imposed various restrictions on businesses and gatherings, actually affecting a national economic shutdown.
May 2021: His administration wouldn’t mandate the COVID vaccine despite the fact that his administration championed a vaccine passport system and had imposed vaccine requirements on federal employees and military personnel, many of whom are suffering the consequences today
June 2021: He never said he would ban fracking despite the fact that he had previously vowed to eliminate fracking during his presidential campaign
July 2021: His administration would significantly reduce crime despite the facts that crime rates – and especially violent crime rates – have been rising in many cities across the country, and his administration advocated for defunding the police
August 2021: He wouldn’t raise taxes on anyone making less than $400,000 a year despite his proposed tax increases disproportionately impacting middle-class taxpayers and adding 80,000 IRS agents to target taxpayers in the middle-class
September 2021: He had never said he would ban assault weapons despite the fact that he had previously called for a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines
October 2021: He would not shut down the government despite the fact that his administration had previously threatened to shut down the government if Congress did not pass a spending bill that included funding for his various far-Left and radical policy priorities.
November 2021: He wouldn’t mandate the COVID vaccine for private companies despite the fact that his administration had previously issued a vaccine mandate for companies with more than 100 employees
January 2022: Still claiming that he opposed defunding the police, he advocated for reallocating police funding to social services and imposed numerous funding-related restrictions on police departments
February 2022: He wouldn’t ban oil and gas, yet his administration continued to impose drastic restrictions on oil and gas production and continued its crony-affiliated advocacy for a transition to the unsustainable green energy sector
April 2022: He wouldn’t raise the debt ceiling despite the fact that his administration advocated for a suspension of the debt ceiling and called for additional borrowing to fund his various radically Leftist policy priorities
May 2022: He wouldn’t ban guns despite the fact that he continued to call for a ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines and continues his pandering to the grieving in advocating for additional gun control measures in direct defiance of the Second Amendment and US Supreme Court precedent
June 2022: He would secure the border despite the fact that his administration actually relaxed restrictions on immigration and advocated for a more lenient approach to asylum claims
July 2022: He wouldn’t raise the corporate tax rate, yet his tax increases disproportionately impacted corporations and businesses.
And this is by no means an exhaustive list of Mr. Biden’s infidelities with the truth. During the first 2024 presidential debate, Biden vomited untruths that everyone – including The New York Post – easily debunked:
“I’m the only president this century that doesn’t have any – this decade – that doesn’t have any troops dying anywhere in the world, like [Trump] did” (in fact, 13 US military personnel died during the Afghan withdrawal alone).
“We finally beat Medicare” (it’s unclear if even he knew what he meant here).
“[The US Border Patrol union] endorsed me, endorsed my position” (The National Border Patrol Council refuted Biden’s claim, mid-debate on X: “To be clear, we never have – and never will – endorse Biden”).
“[Trump] pulled out of the Paris Peace Accords, uh, Climate Accord” (Biden confused the Paris Climate Accords, aimed at tackling the faux science of climate change, with the Paris Peace Accords that marked the end of the Vietnam War in 1973).
“Black unemployment is the lowest level it’s been in a long, long time” (in June, the Black unemployment rate was 6.1%, but in 2019 under Trump, it stood at 5.3%).
“[Trump] wants to get rid of Social Security…He’s wanted to cut Social Security and Medicare” (the ex-president has repeatedly said he wants to protect Medicare and Social Security).
“We have a thousand millionaires in America, I mean billionaires. And what’s happening? They’re in a situation where they in fact pay 8.2% taxes” (the top 1% of taxpayers – income of at least $548,000 – paid an average tax rate of nearly 26% in 2020, while the top 0.001% – 1,475 taxpayers with at least $77 million in adjusted gross income – paid 23.7%, according to IRS data).
“[The] unemployment rate rose to 15% [under Trump]; it was terrible” (the unemployment rate was 6.4% when Trump left the White House in 2021).
“I’ve changed in a way that now you’re in a situation where there are 40% fewer people coming across the border illegally. That’s better than when [Trump] left office” (the daily average of migrant apprehensions dropped more than 40% – to nearly 2,400 – since Biden issued an executive action that went into effect a month ago prohibiting asylum at the southern border and there’s already more than 7 million illegal-border crossings under Biden).
“We brought down the price of prescription drugs…to $15 for an insulin shot as opposed to $400. No senior has to pay more than $200 for any drug…beginning next year” (under the 2022 Inflation Reduction Act that Biden signed into law, Medicare enrollees must still pay up to $35 monthly, and seniors and disabled people must fork over as much as more $2,000 yearly out-of-pocket starting in 2025).
We won’t get into Mr. Biden’s law school claims, declarations about cannibalism, or how he was with Neil Armstrong during the first steps on the moon.
Why We Can’t Settle For Less That Honesty & Truthfulness
Honesty and truthfulness are fundamental pillars in maintaining a well-functioning government and political system, especially in a Constitutional Republic. A society that values these principles fosters trust, accountability, and transparency, leading to a more stable and prosperous nation. In contrast, dishonesty and deception can erode the public's confidence in their leaders (as we see today – and on both sides of the aisle), leading to a myriad of issues that hinder unity, societal progress, and the growth of prosperity.
Dishonesty and deceit – the likes of which the country suffers under the Biden administration and the influence of the neo-Bolshevik Left – have led to a loss of faith in the political system, causing disillusionment and apathy among the population. Dishonest politicians conceal their actions and intentions, making it impossible for the public to hold them accountable for their decisions until it is too late.
The Biden administration’s – and Obama 2.0’s – complete lack of transparency has led to secrecy and corruption, undermining the legitimacy of the government and its institutions, with most politicians prioritizing their own interests and the interests of a select elite few, leading to true injustice and inequality among the population.
The dishonesty and deception of the far-Left, the Marxist Left, the neo-Bolsevik Left, has achieved only mistrust and discord; a breakdown in our trust in and legitimacy of the nation's institutions (think the Justice Department, IRS, and the FBI), arriving, now, at the undermining the very foundations of our Republic.
The Biden administration's many deceptions – and the deceit of the whole of the far-Left Democrat apparatus in allowing Obama 2.0 to rule an unconstitutional unofficial third term – have had a profound impact on the nation, eroding public trust in the government and undermining the credibility of the presidency. From policy failures to personal scandals to outright and blatant lies, the administration has consistently misled the American people, betraying the principles of transparency and honesty that are essential to a functioning Constitutional Republic.
As our nation continues to grapple with the consequences of these deceptions, the American people must execute a drastic pivot away from the trappings of opportunistic Marxism by holding those in public office – including Biden, Harris, Schumer, Pelosi, AOC & the Squad, Sanders, Warren, etc. – accountable by voting them out of office this November and labeling them the members of the American Fifth Column that they are.
We must reject political dishonesty as a status quo and demand a higher standard of integrity and truthfulness from those in power.
