President Joe Biden…said he has no immediate plans to visit [East Palestine, Ohio] where a train derailed three weeks ago, spilling toxic chemicals…Asked by reporters on the South Lawn of the White House on Friday whether he, personally, planned to visit East Palestine, the president said, “This time, I’m not”...Biden said he had done a long meeting with his team on Zoom to get an update on the response.
Can you even imagine how the Democrats and their mainstream media sycophants would have excoriated a Republican President if he said he wasn’t going to a major disaster scene?
They crucified George W. Bush for his flyover of New Orleans after Katrina; for his flyover and not putting boots on the ground, even though there was no place to land. But Joe Biden can order daily door-to-door inspections and interviews and can’t be bothered to talk to the people his infrastructure bill failed?
Lawsuits are flying at Norfolk-Southern for their culpability in this unnecessary disaster. Those affected should not let the US federal government off the hook for using taxpayer dollars meant for infrastructure and, instead, using it to fill the pockets of their green energy friends.
Biden Administration Doesn't Want Doctors Prescribing Controlled Substances Remotely
The Biden administration wants to limit what drugs can be prescribed through telemedicine appointments, proposing doctors must evaluate patients in person before authorizing some controlled substances…The Drug Enforcement Administration proposed the rule change in a statement on Friday, seeking to reverse rules that were approved during the COVID-19 pandemic that allowed doctors to prescribe drugs to patients virtually. Now the DEA is seeking to rein back that power, specifically for drugs that can lead to addiction.
So, telemedicine was excellent for the entire country when they were manipulating the people with COVID fear-porn during the 2020 election, but now that people have realized they can skirt a lot of the insurance company coercion in their medical care they want to reduce access to healthcare via regulation? How does that provide “accessible healthcare”?
The American people are on to the unholy alliance that is BigPharma, the health insurance industry, and the federal government and how they have turned quality patient-centered healthcare into an industry where the people – the patients – come absolutely last.

Nevada Progressives are furious with establishment Democrats in the state after they voted in favor of a House resolution to “condemn the horrors of socialism”…The Las Vegas chapter of the Democratic Socialists of America hit out against the state’s Democrat Party, decrying officials for not condemning Nevada’s House members after all four lawmakers voted to denounce “the horrors of socialism” in countries such as Cuba and North Korea. The LVDSA cited the [move] as evidence that the Democrat Party has become a “dead end…It is a ‘party’ in name only; truly, it is simply a tangled web of dark money and mega-donors, cynical consultants, and lapdog politicians…The establishment is Lucy with the football: no matter how effectively socialists organize for power, the establishment will simply pull the football away, using dirtier and dirtier tricks. Enough falling for the tricks and even the most dedicated socialist can’t help but give up and play the ugly game.”
So, the truth finally comes out and directly from the mouths of the source. The Left side of the Democrat Party is not advancing representative government nor are they promoting politicians who want to serve the people. They are advancing Socialism and promoting Socialist politicians.
There is nothing moderate, tolerant, inclusive, or equitable about Socialism. It is a zero sum political and ideological game where the outcome is incredibly serious. Either we purge the fascist socialists from the halls of power at every level – local, county, state and federal – or we continue to see the United States slide into the clutches of socialism; we will see the end of the Great American Experiment.
Officials Up Estimate Of Animals Killed By Ohio Derailment To Nearly 44,000
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) has upped its estimate for the number of animals killed by the derailment of train cars carrying hazardous chemicals in East Palestine, Ohio, to nearly 44,000…The department estimates around 38,222 minnows were killed by the derailment within a 5-mile span, plus around 5,500 other species, including other small fish, amphibians, crayfish and macroinvertebrates, ODNR Director Mary Merks said in a statement…The original estimate was approximately 3,500 dead aquatic species, based on observations from Feb. 6-7, shortly after the Feb. 3 derailment…Several of the 38 Norfolk Southern train cars that derailed in East Palestine earlier this month carried vinyl chloride, a hazardous and potentially cancer-causing chemical used in plastics production.
It is unconscionable that this story, first, took so long to become front page news but more importantly is being ignored for the federal government’s mismanagement and devil-may-care attitude.
While Norfolk-Southern needs to be held accountable for not maintaining state of the art systems in their operations, the federal government – meaning Congress as well as the Executive Branch departments and agencies – must be held accountable for not prioritizing public safety. Under both Obama and Biden we heard their vomit about infrastructure yet the enormous bills they passed did very little to improve actual infrastructure.
That the Biden administration is running from this story should tell you how damaging it will be to them should the people come to understand the severity of what actually happened there. It’s nothing short of a chemical Chernobyl.
Biden Admin Proposes To Block
Half Of Current Gas Range Models
A new regulation proposed by the Department of Energy (DOE) would block half of current gas stove models from the market, an analysis by the federal agency shows…In a proposed regulation published at the beginning of February, DOE set a maximum annual gas consumption of 1,204 thousand British thermal units (kBtu), also known as the EL 2 standard, for all gas cooking tops…If the new regulation is finalized, only half of gas cooking tops will be able to meet the new standard, i.e., half of the products currently on the market will be blocked.
Remember when Democrats scrambled to the microphones and cameras to insist that the federal government wasn’t targeting your gas stoves? Well, they have bald-faced lied to us once again, and all to coerce us into the not-ready-for-prime-time green energy, transformative, WEF agenda supporting agenda.

The Tempe Police Department, Drug Enforcement Administration, and Arizona Attorney General’s Office shared details on Thursday about a major bust that took three years to pull off…An estimated 4.5 million fentanyl pills were seized in addition to 3,000 pounds of methamphetamine and large amounts of heroin, cocaine and fentanyl powder, according to authorities…Approximately 138 kilos of cocaine, 66 kilos of fentanyl powder and $2 million in cash were taken during the investigation…The drugs have an estimated street value of $13 million, according to the DEA.
Instead of the DEA taking aim at telemedicine and what licensed physicians can prescribe to their own patients (why is the federal government so hell-bent on standing between a patient and his/her physician?), maybe the DEA should be lobbying Congress for a declaration of war against the Mexican drug cartels and making China’s facilitation of fentanyl to the illegal drug trade a step toward total trade cessation and military conflict?
Just in 2020 alone, around 56,516 people in the United States died from a drug overdose that involved fentanyl. That rivals the number of those killed in action during the Vietnam War. So, isn’t China and Mexico’s roles in this drug being trafficked over our borders an act of war?

JPMorgan Chase & Co on Wednesday said it should not be held liable for a former top executive's relationship with Jeffrey Epstein in a lawsuit accusing the largest U.S. bank of facilitating its former client's sex trafficking enterprise…In a filing in Manhattan federal court, JPMorgan said emails between former executive Jes Staley and Epstein provided no basis for the U.S. Virgin Islands, which filed the lawsuit, to suggest Staley could "detect Epstein's sex trafficking"...The bank also said there was no proof Staley's personal travel to the islands or alleged inappropriate emails were part of his job, and that even assuming Staley helped "direct" Epstein's sex trafficking "his conduct would be far beyond his remit as a JPMC employee."
The fact that Epstein’s island visitor list – his pedophilia list – is still being protected by the judicial and legal systems is testimony to the complete lack of ethics and morality associated with both. Crimes have been committed here and those in charge of prosecuting crimes in the name of the American people are, instead, running interference for these animals.
The next time you look at your mother, sister, daughter or granddaughter, just visualize one of these animals on top of her, using her as a sex slave, and discarding her like a piece of human trash, and while they were under 18 years of age. Will you be outraged enough then to demand that we hold these pieces of human filth accountable?

He now faces charges of murder. Deputy District Attorney Shea Sanna, 34, was slapped with the suspension after he argued that jailhouse phone calls showed the convicted molester Hannah Tubbs, 26, was trying to use gender identity to manipulate the justice system. Jailhouse phone calls show Tubbs, now 27, was attempting to use gender identity to game the justice system.

A radical social justice Marxist and former member of the Black Panthers discovered that one of her ancestors arrived in the New World from England on the 1620 Mayflower expedition…On Tuesday’s PBS episode of “Finding your Roots,” Henry Louis Gates, Jr. interviewed Angela Davis…In the show’s final moments, Gates revealed that the investigation into her ancestry dated back to her tenth great-grandfather, a White man named William Brewster, who was born in England in 1570 and traveled to America on the Mayflower…she also [learned she] descends from slave owners, a piece of information that runs contrary to the message of the current social justice movement for which Davis advocates…Amid her social justice activism [in the 1960s], Davis was placed on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list for her involvement in the armed seizure of a Marin County Courthouse in California that left four people dead, including a judge. It had been shown that Davis purchased the guns used in the attack…She is currently a professor at the University of California in Santa Cruz.
So, I guess Professor Davis won’t be receiving any reparations payments from the State of California now that she is found out to be a descendant of slave owners. Maybe she should be forced to give all of her assets to the other grifting reparations-promoting bigots out there.

Who the hell is AOC to lecture a sovereign nation on how their society should exist? I thought she was all about “diversity.” If that’s the case where does that diversity end? With things she doesn’t agree with?
It is time to understand that the “tolerant” Left is anything but tolerant. They are transformative, totalitarians who routinely lie to the people in their quest to usher in the end of freedom, liberty, and opportunity for all. They worship at the altar of social engineering and do so believing that they exist above us intellectually; above everyone else in the pecking order of society.
