Has The Day Of Reckoning Come For The Fascist Progressives?
Since before the election of Barack Obama as President of the United States, I have warned of the coming re-emergence of fascism at the hands of the Progressives. I argued that the Progressive movement was a destructive Fifth Column that meant to kill our Republic from within. Today, with the exit of former US Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI), from the Democrat Party, we need to consider whether the American population is starting – finally – to wake up from this experimentation with fascist socialism.
In the Biden administration we are witnessing the full thrust of fascism in our federal government. But it is not the first time fascism has captured the Executive Branch of the federal government. It was introduced during the Wilson administration, advanced dramatically during the Roosevelt and Johnson administrations, and kicked into high gear under Obama and now Biden.
(Note: From this point forward I will be referring to Progressives as fascists because the label is incredibly more accurate than their re-defined branding as Progressives.)
A Race To The Finish?
Using the fable about the race between the hare and the turtle to analogize (the fascists being the hare and all others in our Republic constituting the turtle), the fascist contingent that today has successfully hijacked the Democrat Party – beginning contemporarily with the election and re-election of Barack Obama, was so convinced it was their time; so convinced that a victory in the quest to fundamentally transform the United States of America was at hand, that they have slowed in their approach to the goal line even as they have elevated the aggressiveness in implementing fascism onto the United States.
The fascists have dismantled the original construct of the US Constitution via the direct election of US Senators via the 17th Amendment, effectively ending the governmental apparatus the Framers meant for our country. In the beginning (to borrow a phrase), the US House of Representatives was to be the chamber of the Legislative Branch that served the people and the US Senate was to serve the states. Legislation was to flow through both chambers to assure the “common good” for the people and that said legislation didn’t adversely affect the states.
With the direct election of US Senators, the protections put in place to assure state sovereignty and the covenant between the people and the states with the federal government was destroyed. The constitutionally enshrined protection for state sovereignty was removed and the federal government was free to amass power in a centralized federal government, something the Framers absolutely warned against in the Federalist and anti-Federalist Papers.
The direct election of US Senators – and the practice of empowering Executive Branch “experts” to hammer out the minutiae of legislation instead of insisting that the Legislative Branch craft detailed legislation enumerating exact powers to protect against governmental overreach by an ever-expanding federal government – was the unleashing of fascism onto the American people.
Today, that fascism is deeply embedded in the federal government – regardless of the flavor of the administration and Legislative Branch at any given time – in the very existence of the bureaucracy of the federal government, also known as the Deep State. If you’ve ever wondered why the country always seems to be moving to the ideological Left – even in a time when conservatives control government – you have come to realize the power of the Deep State.
The Wedge
For as long as I have been aware and active in political action and advocacy, whether running political campaigns or writing and speaking about the dangers of external and internal threats to our nation, I have been advocating for Democrats – true Democrats – to take a stand against the fascists who have infiltrated their ranks and seized control of their party.
I have also begged political activists and the elected classes from the independent and non-declared Center to the Libertarian and Republican Right to seize every opportunity to create a wedge between Democrats and the fascists in their party, not to gain advantage for the Right, but to literally save the total of our American political spectrum from the cancerous socialism of the Frankfurt School and their toady American fascists in the so-called “Progressive movement.”
But even though the many who came to understand the threat recognized the seriousness of the consequences of inaction, the national Republican Party – in abdicating their responsibility to its charter and the Charters of Freedom – was unmoved by the sounding alarm; more willing to continue their embrace of the inside-the-beltway, K-Street-addicted, status quo. They, to again borrow a phrase, were content on fiddling while Rome burned, opportunistically, for gathering personal wealth and power.
If you have any doubt about the national GOP’s embrace of the status quo you need look no further than US Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), who is championing the re-election of US Senator Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) – a dyed-in-the-wool Republican In Name Only (RINO) and someone the Left can always count on to smother the life out of any action to thwart the nation’s Leftward surge. McConnell is spending millions from his Senate PAC to bolster the chances of victory for Murkowski over a candidate fully endorsed by the Alaska state Republican Party. McConnell is narcissistically inserting the poison of federal politics into an election he has no business of influencing; depriving the people of Alaska a pure election cycle.
How this is any better than Mark Zuckerberg infusing tens of millions into the 2020 General Election is a question that should be asked by the mainstream media, but then the mainstream media gave up the art of investigative and objective journalism long ago.
A Video Is Worth A Thousand Words
Additional examples of how the fascist Left and the establishment/status quo Right co-exist in their quest to advance the centralization of government, nurture the Deep State, and all but deliver the Republic to the globalist of the World Economic Forum can bee seen in video released in an attempt to reignite the deadwood of the January 6th protests at the US Capitol Building.
Of particular importance are the opening words of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA):
“We have got to get...finish the proceedings or else they will have a complete victory.”
That moment of political transparency added to the arrogant indignation of Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) in their flippant disregard for the rule of law where redress of government and the use of military force against the American people are concerned.
Remember, President Trump offered to have National Guardsmen available for US Capitol Building security for the events of January 6th, but House Speaker Pelosi and Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser (D), refused his offer:

But just when the fascists are slowing down their sprint to the goal line to engage in gloating; in a narcissistic display of arrogance intimating that the race is too far gone for the turtle to ever win, enter Tulsi Gabbard and her potent and accurate indictment of the fascist hijacked Democrat Party.
On her new podcast, Gabbard – a Democrat presidential contender in the 2020 General Election – declared:
“I can no longer remain in today’s Democratic Party that is now under the complete control of an elitist cabal of warmongers driven by cowardly wokeness, who divide us by racializing every issue and stoke anti-white racism, actively work to undermine our God-given freedoms, are hostile to people of faith and spirituality, demonize the police and protect criminals at the expense of law-abiding Americans, believe in open borders, weaponize the national security state to go after political opponents, and above all, dragging us ever closer to nuclear war...If you can no longer stomach the direction that so-called woke Democratic Party ideologues are taking our country, I invite you to join me.”
Gabbard describes exactly the arrival point I have been warning about for over 23 years. Her indictment of what she labels the “Democratic Party” (which is anything but “democratic”) is the spotlighting of the fascists within her former party and the defining of the American Fifth Column, a label I bestowed on the fascist Left decades ago at my then 501c3 advocacy group BasicsProject.org.
It Is Time…
At no other time has there been more of an opportunity to destroy the fascist movement in the United States than right now. With Gabbard calling on her former party members to realize what has happened to their party and to join her in an exodus – and with the American people motivated to vote out of office the fascists who have caused considerable damage to the Republic in just two short years; the same fascists from the eight years of Obama so intent on finishing off the Great American Experiment, the stage is set to finally deliver a debilitating blow to spawn of the Marxists of the Frankfurt school; to expunge the poison politics; the politics of divide from the American lexicon.
Democrats – true Democrats, not the divisive and ideologically extreme fascist hijacker wolves in political sheep’s clothing, listen to Gabbard. Realize what your party has become. Take back your party from the global elites like Pelosi and Schumer. Cast off the Marxism of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, the Squad, Bernie Sanders (who has never had a job outside politics in his life but who is a millionaire), and Elizabeth Warren. Take back your party and cast these fascist, divisive, woke, malcontents to the ash heap of history.
Independents and Centrists, it is time to turn out to vote against the more destructive party: the fascist hijacked Democrat Party. It will be up to you to turn out this November and in November 2024, 2026, and 2028. It will take that long to mend from the damage the fascists have inflicted on our Republic.
Republicans, it is time for you, too, to purge your party of the facilitators of the Deep State; people like Mitch McConnell and his bureaucratic whores; people like US Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Lisa Murkowski, and US Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME). It is time not to elect extremists and zealots, but true statesmen and stateswomen who have a fidelity to the Constitution and who are not afraid to serve all the people they are elected to represent, not just those in their party.
Just like the hare that woke (no pun intended) to see the turtle crossing the finish line because he was too arrogant to understand that anyone can win if they have perseverance and drive, We the People – the overwhelming majority of the American people, who understand the brilliance of the Constitution and comprehend the warning issued by Washington in his Farewell Address about “factions” – have the best chance we’ve ever had to save our Republic from the opportunistic fascist and globalist glasses.
Let’s not squander this opportunity to leave our Republic in better shape than we received it...if not because it is the right thing to do, then for future generations so that they might be able to make up their own minds about whether freedom is worth it.
