Democrats: The Party Of ‘So What?’

As the silly season sprouts into full bloom toward the November General Elections, we are going to be on the receiving end of a very well-funded disinformation campaign – bankrolled by the billionaires of the political Left (the same ones bankrolling Nikki Haley) – that will insist the Democrat Party is not only the party of the people but also the party that delivered prosperity and global stability under Joe Biden for the last 3-plus years. Nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact, the contemporary Democrat Party has completely abdicated its dedication to the American people through its blatant dismissal of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. Instead, they view the Charters of Freedom as structural suggestions rather than rules restricting the power of the federal government in the lives of America’s citizenry. They manipulate, lie, cheat, and gaslight in their quest to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”

It Was Democrats That Transformed

In reality, the Democrat Party, because of this abdication, has become the party of “So what?” In the face of societal, political, legal, and scientific realities, again and again, they say, “So what?” They routinely ignore codified legislation, rulings from the US Supreme Court (SCOTUS), sound-judgment scientific consensus, and verified historical facts, all to force their ideological agendas and their versions of history into the American lexicon.

The examples of how the Democrats and the Biden administration have routinely said “So what?” in thumbing their noses at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are myriad:

Student Loan Forgiveness – In June of 2023, the SCOTUS handed down a ruling against the Biden administration’s plans to provide $430 billion in student loan forgiveness. Yet just about every month Biden shuffles out to the microphones to announce another round of student debt forgiveness, ignoring the fact that he is robbing the taxpayer to redistribute wealth to the upper one-third of financially capable college graduates.
Border Security – With laws on the books that mandate and require – and are capable of – securing the US borders, the Biden administration has not only failed to execute the laws faithfully (as required by the Constitution) they have repeatedly lied to both Congress and also the American people about the Southern border being “secure.”
Politicization of the FBI – In theory, the FBI is mandated to be a non-partisan government body, loyal to the Constitution, the public, and the truth. However, in practice, it has proved to be extremely biased – to the Left politically – in its enforcement of the law as exampled by its sham investigation into Russian Collusion in the 2016 General Election and its heavy-handed, one-sided investigative and enforcement endeavors against conservatives, Republicans and former President Donald Trump.
Weaponization of the Department of Justice – The targeted prosecutions of conservatives, Republicans, and those associated with the Trump administration have seen the Department of Justice devolve from an institution of blind justice to a tool more appropriate for despotic dictators from banana republics. Additionally, the DoJ’s abhorrent conduct in the prosecution of those politically persecuted for their actions on January 6th, 2021, has damaged the DoJ’s reputation to the point where an overwhelming majority of Americans doubt it can ever be repaired.
Gender Fluidity – Democrats, with the help of the Biden administration bully pulpit, stand in defiance of science in their insistence that men can be women and women can be men, going so far as to establish policies for the Executive Branch agencies, departments, and commissions that mandate acceptance of this faux-science ideology.
Failed Mission Of The NIH & CDC – The many blatant lies, manipulation of the facts for political purposes, and strategic deception puked forth by the NIH and CDC during the COVID “pandemic” has proved beyond any doubt that the entire American health apparatus – from the CDC to the health insurance companies to the AMA – have been corrupted by the unholy, neo-fascist alliance between the agenda-driven Democrat Party and profit-greedy BigPharma.
Bullying The Climate Non-Narrative – It is now well-established that more scientists contest the narrative of manmade climate change than sign onto the theory. Yet the ideological Left – including the Democrat apparatus – keeps forcing acceptance of their disproved theory into legislation nationally and globally.
Apathy About The Chinese Spy Balloon – Knowing full well early on that a Chinese spy balloon had entered US airspace on a trajectory that would transverse many sensitive US military installations, the Biden administration and congressional Democrats purposely dragged their feet in intercepting the vessel under the guise of not being able to control its descent and landing, allowing the information-gathering apparatus to travel the full length of the United States.
Bidenomics – As Americans continue to suffer with historically high food and transportation prices, high taxes, mortgage rates that preclude them from purchasing homes and high-value items, the full complement of the Democrat contingent routinely and without fail trumpets the false narrative of Bidenomics' success.
Gaslighting Donald Trump – And, perhaps the most egregious example of Democrats defying truth, facts, and reality comes in their relentless demonization of former President Donald Trump without proof of malfeasance. From claims that he colluded with the Russians in 2016 when the colluding party was Hillary Clinton; to claims of racism when Trump was a past honoree of Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, and the NAACP; to first negating and then co-opting Trump’s presidential policies without attribution; to telegraphing their neo-fascistic threat to our Republic and free speech onto Trump who not only participated in the protection of free speech but advanced protections for all of the citizenry’s inalienable rights, Democrats have fully embraced a grotesquely false narrative in a selfish and ignorantly adolescent thirst for power.

In each of these examples, when called on the carpet for their hypocritical and bad behavior, the collective voices of the Democrat Party arrogantly proclaim, “So what?”

Break the law? “So what?”

Ignore rulings by the US Supreme Court? “So what?”

Cheat taxpayers of their money to redistribute wealth to the financially capable and global enterprises? “So what?”

Accuse an NAACP honoree of being a racist? “So what?”

Claiming that a protector of the Bill of Rights is a threat to “democracy”? “So what?”

High-level Democrat and liberal potentates hanging on Epstein Island? “So what?”

Lie, cheat, manipulate, misinform, gaslight, and spin fiction into faux facts to rob the American people of representative government? “So what?”

So what.

Saul Alinsky’s political strategies of “win at all cost” and “the ends justify the means” facilitated the arrogance held today by the Democrats in their march to being the political party of “So what?” Never accountable to the people, always playing to win and/or hold on to power, today’s Democrats exist as a clear and present danger to freedom, liberty, and the existence of our Republic.

George Washington warned us at the very beginning of our Great American Experiment that political factions were poison to good government. He was proven correct almost immediately when political parties pitted Jefferson against Adams in the Presidential Election of 1800; two kindred souls integral to the creation of the only Republic in the history of man to build a national foundation on representative government.

We recovered from that.

I’m not too sure we can survive the party of “So what?”
