• First, it keeps the activist base in a constant state of emotional arousal. Each new “Trump” headline serves as a dopamine hit for those who already view him as an existential threat. This creates a feedback loop of outrage that doesn’t require fresh scandals—simple administrative actions are enough.

• Second, this approach fatigues the broader public. For the majority of people who don’t thrive on political drama, the relentless focus on Trump in ordinary governance leads to exhaustion. Readers begin to tune out not because they support or oppose every decision, but because the coverage has become predictable, nauseating, and overblown. This fatigue is intentionally sought; a public weary of hearing his name is less likely to scrutinize the positive substance of the policies associated with it.

Communist China doesn’t make large financial contributions out of charity. The Chinese Communist Party’s United Front operations, influence campaigns, and intelligence activities are designed to acquire technology, shape policy, and compromise decision-makers. When the family of a sitting vice president accepts millions from companies connected to the Chinese Communist Party, and intelligence reports later indicate potential blackmail risks involving that same family, the national security implications are clear. What decisions were influenced? What technology transfers were overlooked? Which enforcement actions against companies involved in Chinese military-civil fusion were delayed or weakened? What intelligence sources were compromised or never developed because of the conflicts arising from this family relationship?

The damage is real, not just theoretical. During the Biden administration, China significantly increased its military capabilities, expanded its surveillance state, strengthened its control over critical supply chains, and sought to gain advantages in the South China Sea and around Taiwan. American policy often seemed reactive, hesitant, or influenced by competing domestic political priorities. If Chinese intelligence had compromising information—or even the credible threat of having such information—on the Biden family, every negotiation, export license, and technology partnership would come with an unspoken risk. Adversaries don’t need to use blackmail every day; the mere existence of such leverage changes the decision-making process for those who fear exposure.

Herridge’s findings highlight how effectively the protective measures were implemented. The media that amplified the letter from “51 intelligence officials,” which dismissed the Hunter Biden laptop as Russian disinformation, showed little interest in references to Chinese blackmail that were intended for the president’s intelligence briefings. Meanwhile, the same institutions that considered examining the Bidens a taboo subject viewed concerns about China during the Trump administration as urgent. The United States can’t afford the extent of elite capture we are now coming to understand existed. When the enrichment of certain families is intertwined with a strategic rival that sees America as its main obstacle—its adversary—the repercussions go beyond just one political family. They affect military readiness, economic competitiveness, technological leadership, and even the integrity of the intelligence community. Blackmail doesn’t need to be proven in a courtroom to have an impact; the incentives it creates are already significant enough.

Accountability requires more than selective leaks and forgotten memos; it demands full transparency regarding what Chinese intelligence believed it possessed, what American intelligence was aware of, and how this knowledge was suppressed. Defenders of the Bidens may label these concerns as partisan. However, the evidence—including bank records, text messages, whistleblower testimonies, phone records, and daily briefing references—creates a coherent pattern that goes beyond party lines.

Communist China played a long game, and certain elements of the American political and media landscape aided in their victory. Meanwhile, the American people continue to bear the consequences.

The Fabian Society was founded in London on January 4, 1884, as a splinter group from the Fellowship of the New Life. They rejected the violent and dramatic approaches of Marxist revolution, opting instead for a more strategic method known as gradualism. In the United States, the Fabian Society has never needed its own flag. Its American counterpart is more commonly known as the Deep State: a complex network of career officials, regulatory agencies, influential foundations, university departments, and semi-independent commissions that continue to govern long after any specific election. This system doesn’t rely on overt socialist rhetoric. Instead, it functions through the same gradual tactics perfected by the original Fabians—through standards boards, accreditation bodies, civil service protections, and the quiet expansion of regulatory authority that was once solely held by Congress.

The far-left movements that identify as Progressive or Democratic Socialist are not independent phenomena. Instead, they serve as the public-facing, facilitating arm of the same broader initiative. Whether they promote ideals of “equity,” a climate emergency, or democratic socialism, their practical impact aligns closely with the goals of the Fabian program: to expand the administrative state, prioritize credentialed expertise over democratic consent, and gradually redefine private property, free speech, and individual rights as privileges granted by the managerial class. The Democratic Socialists of America and their progressive allies provide the energy and moral fervor, while the permanent bureaucracy offers continuity and institutional power. Together, they advance the long journey that Sidney Webb began along the “Fabian Freeway.”

True representative government, as designed by the Framers, is based on the idea that power is delegated for limited periods to officials who can be removed by voters. However, the concept of the “Deep State” undermines this idea. Increasingly, policy decisions are made by individuals who cannot be held accountable through elections, operating under frameworks that the public has never approved, and enforced by experts who view democratic opposition as a minor hurdle. Thus, restoring constitutional order requires more than just winning elections; it necessitates dismantling the bureaucratic machinery that has spent a century insulating itself from democratic processes.

The Trump administration has started to address the size and regulatory overreach of the administrative state, albeit to a limited extent. This is why the establishment, the permanent bureaucracy, and the far-left proponents react with intense hostility. They recognize that the Fabian agenda can only thrive when institutions remain controlled, and the public is distracted by partisan politics. By challenging these institutions directly, the real issues are brought to light.

The original Fabians were patient because they understood that institutions outlast politicians. The American response must be equally insightful: the only true victory is to restore genuine authority to the people’s elected representatives and diminish the unelected systems that have spent generations undermining it. Anything less leaves the tortoise still crawling toward the finish line.

Lopez, which rejected Hawaii’s restrictive gun laws, Eddins’ opinion appears to be driven more by ideology than by principled analysis. By indicating that Hawaii will pursue its own approach to due process, equal protection, and individual rights, the court inadvertently invites federal intervention, leading to prolonged litigation and creating uncertainty for defendants, law enforcement, and everyday citizens. Criminal convictions, regulatory frameworks, and civil disputes will face endless, opportunistic challenges as parties exploit the divide between state and federal law. This situation will harm businesses and residents, as Hawaii risks becoming a legal outlier, deterring investment and creating a perception of instability.

This episode highlights the significant danger posed by activist state courts that operate outside their intended role. The U.S. Constitution establishes a hierarchical system to prevent such fragmentation. Article VI’s Supremacy Clause designates federal law, including interpretations of the Constitution by the Supreme Court, as the “supreme Law of the Land.” State judges are sworn to uphold this law. In conclusion, rulings by the U.S. Supreme Court—whether one agrees with them or not—must be regarded as the law of the land. This is not a blind adherence to the nine justices in Washington; rather, it reflects a commitment to the Constitution’s framework, which prevents chaos and preserves the Union. Disagreement should be expressed in dissenting opinions, academic scholarship, and the democratic process—not through defiant statements that undermine the very system they are meant to uphold.

Voter data theft and counterfeit operations act as force multipliers, enabling the CCP to influence U.S. policy, maintain energy dependence, and shape global alliances. Every stolen ballot or manipulated voter roll constitutes an act of war against our Republic, perpetrated by a regime that jails dissidents, crushes freedom in Hong Kong, threatens Taiwan, and exports surveillance-based authoritarianism worldwide.
